We handle all health, safety, and compliance requirements for the building. This includes fire safety maintenance such as fire alarms, fire extinguishers, emergency lighting, and intumescent strips on all doors and we ensure full compliance with all relevant standards and regulations to safeguard our tenants. In addition, all building equipment, including boilers, is serviced annually at no additional cost to our tenants. Air-conditioning systems within offices are serviced at the tenants’ expense. Window cleaning, both internal and external, is carried out throughout the year at no cost to our tenants.
