Yes, we provide a designated disabled parking space at the front of the building and a lift located on the side for easy access.

Bookings are confirmed only once we have received a signed agreement along with the required deposit or full payment as outlined in your booking confirmation.

Yes. A 50% deposit of the total booking value is required between 14 to 30 days prior to the event date. Full payment (100%) is required if booking is made less than 14 days before the event.

Yes, complimentary EV chargers are provided with every room booking. Standard onsite parking is also available.

Our opening hours are 9am-5pm, Monday-Sunday. Please contact us to confirm availability for your preferred date and time.

Animals are not permitted on site, except for certified service or assistance animals such as guide dogs.

Please notify the venue verbally of any cancellations, postponements, or changes in delegate numbers, and follow up with written confirmation sent to info@stockton-house.co.uk

Yes, our Events Coordinator is available to assist you with your event planning needs.

You may use external caterers, provided that proof of their Public Liability Insurance is submitted at least 7 days before the event. You are also welcome to bring your own alcohol subject to our written consent; however, alcohol may only be served to guests and cannot be sold, as the venue is not licensed for alcohol sales.

Yes, there are several local accommodation options close to Stockton House to suit a range of preferences and budgets. These include a variety of AirBnBs as well as hotels in Southam, and in nearby towns such as Royal Leamington Spa and Warwick. Our Events Coordinator will be able to make suggestions based on your requirements. 

We currently have the following available: The Mews 464 sq ft. which offers a flexible workspace for up to six people and The Edgwick Suite 195 sq ft which offers workspace for up to team of four, perfect for smaller businesses.

Yes, we have 24/7 CCTV monitoring the grounds, carpark and around the external part of the building.

Yes, there is a guests Wi-Fi in which visitors can use free of charge.

This can be negotiated and is dependent on the period of time as well as the rental value - a 3 month deposit is required when signing the lease.

The minimum lease terms are preferred for 12 months or 2-5 years.

We offer break clauses and rent-free periods, however this is dependant on the circumstances.

Gas, electric and water are all fully included within the rent (no usage limits).

We handle all health, safety, and compliance requirements for the building. This includes fire safety maintenance such as fire alarms, fire extinguishers, emergency lighting, and intumescent strips on all doors and we ensure full compliance with all relevant standards and regulations to safeguard our tenants. In addition, all building equipment, including boilers, is serviced annually at no additional cost to our tenants. Air-conditioning systems within offices are serviced at the tenants’ expense. Window cleaning, both internal and external, is carried out throughout the year at no cost to our tenants.

We conduct PAT testing on all equipment owned by us, including kitchen and office equipment. Should tenants require PAT testing for their own equipment, our sister company, Virtus Property Services, can provide a quotation for this service.
