Meet the Tenant: Newton LDP

What first brought Newton LDP to Stockton House, and what made it feel like the right home for your business?

The opportunity to call Stockton House our business’ home arose through our existing relationship with the Wigley Group. The flexible space enabled us to start small and then be accommodated as we grew.

How has being based at Stockton House supported your team’s growth and day‑to‑day work?

The central location has allowed us to attract team members from a larger geographical area than if we were based in main business hubs like some of our competitors. The space itself, within our office and the communal areas, provides a number of different areas to collaborate effectively without distractions.

Which spaces or features of Stockton House do you find to be your favourite and why?

A personal favourite of the team is The Stampings as it provides a relaxing space away from the desk, however from a business perspective, the John Wigley Suites not only provide excellent meeting spaces but also the ability to host larger events, of which we have done a number since we have been tenants.

How would you describe the Stockton House community and the atmosphere within the building?

The community at Stockton House continues to grow and provide for a friendly atmosphere. It is a busy place with lots going on day to day and the range of businesses complement each other well. The support team are always on hand to help or answer any questions, particularly when hosting events, when the organisation is seamless.

What impact has the setting - from the grounds to the meeting rooms had on your client interactions or team culture?

Our projects often involve collaboration with other businesses, so as result of being at Stockton House we often host large all parties meetings because we have professional spaces, supported by decent technology in the meeting rooms. It is also easy to get to and there is plenty of parking, allowing us to be flexible when it comes to accommodating larger meetings. As a setting, it provides a refreshing alternative to the usual town centre or business park office space which is generally the norm.
